Went in to deposit some money into the bank. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful & polite, and the entire transaction was quick & smooth. Only downside is that they don’t take Scottish bank notes, but not many places in England do.

Today I went there with my under age daughter to deposit money and there was a queue and I didn’t know if the queue was for both windows or not so I approach the banking window and the guy was there started to yell at me to get in the queue and I tried to apologise because I didn’t know but he was so angry and rude and didn’t stop yelling at me, so I just got back in the queue because my daughter got so afraid as he was yellin , we went to the car and my daughter started crying and I have to come here down and explain that not everyone in England like him and you are safe here as she just came to England last month, and now I just heard her crying in her room
If anything happens to her mental health I will sue the post office and the guy who was yelling at us
